Ole Miss football has truly only had a handful of legitimately consequential, program-defining games in the last two decades.

Alabama next week could very well meet the criteria.

Of course, the Crimson Tide has to get past LSU first, though the Rebels (8-1, 4-1 SEC) can rest easy over their well-earned (and, frankly, long-overdue) bye week.
