On3’s Cody Bellaire believes new Ole Miss commit Noreel White has day-one skill

On3's scouting and rankings assistant Cody Bellaire joins this edition of #notcommitted to break down the commitment of four-star wide receiver Noreel White to Ole Miss. White was previously committed to Arkansas and is the second top in-state prospect in as many weeks to join the Rebels. Four-star EDGE Kamarion Franklin, the No. 1 recruit in Mississippi, is the other.

Plus, Bellaire helps preview the upcoming decision of four-star quarterback Trever Jackson, and we launch a thorough investigation into Franklin's outlier On3 ranking. He's ranked as a Top 30 prospect by each of the three other major recruiting services.
