Is P.J. Fleck the next FSU head coach?

Could P.J. Fleck fix Florida State football after Mike Norvell was fired? As FSU begins its coaching search, the Minnesota Gophers coach deserves a serious look. But would his Big Ten success translate into ACC championships?

P.J. Fleck has built winning programs at Western Michigan and Minnesota, but could Florida State unlock an entirely different level of success? Or would the Seminoles discover that building a respectable program is much different from winning conference championships and competing for the College Football Playoff?

In this episode of The Big Ten Huddle, we examine Fleck's Minnesota football résumé, Florida State's recruiting advantages, the importance of rebuilding a sustainable program, and the concerns surrounding his conservative offensive philosophy. We also compare Fleck to Matt Campbell and discuss what Florida State should actually prioritize in its next head coach.

Would you hire P.J. Fleck at Florida State, or should the Seminoles look elsewhere? Let us know in the comments.
