On this episode the guys are sitting down with Vanessa Von Volen to discuss Revelation Wellness. Revelation Wellness is a health and fitness program focused on helping you live healthy and whole in Christ. Vanessa is a Certified Revelation Wellness Instructor, specializing in Pilates mat work and restorative care. After training, she started an online membership for women, providing a community for getting healthy and whole through movement and the transformative Word of God.
