During his time in the Army, he flourished, serving in a variety of roles, most notably as a paratrooper in the 5th Special Forces Group (A) and the renowned 101st Airborne Division. It was here that Loyd received a graduate-level education in leadership. After leaving the Army, Loyd sought his next challenge by enrolling in graduate school at Florida State University. There, he earned his MBA and promptly joined the esteemed global consulting firm Accenture. During his tenure at Accenture and other consulting practices, he cultivated a deep understanding of sales, delivery, small and large team building, as well as interpersonal relationships and communication.
