Aesha Scott on Below Deck Fame, Preventing Assault on Camera, ADHD Diagnosis & More!

Aesha Scott is one of the stars of the Bravo show “Below Deck.” Some of you will be massive fans of the woman crowned NZ TV personality of the year.

But I guess some of you would have no idea who she is.

Either way, you are in for a treat! I’ve done over 100 podcast episodes so far and this might be the wildest episode yet. This true-blue kiwi chick is amazing- relentlessly positive and just naturally likeable and hilarious. But also, so authentic.

I think this may be Aesha Scott as you have never heard before- she was so open, raw and vulnerable about a lot of really tough life events.

We chat about her mum’s battle with alcohol and this impact that had for Aesha as a young girl.

Reflections on her parents’ divorce.

Losing her older brother to a brain tumor.

Her recent therapy journey.

Her ADHD diagnosis as a kid.

How she landed a role on one of the world’s biggest reality TV shows and so much more.

Thanks so much to my incredible sponsors: Radix and Generate. Please support the legends who support the podcast.

I was a huge fan of Radix even before they became sponsors. I start every day with a shake made with their protein powder. And in the past year, their freeze dried meals have become a staple in my diet. You truly have to try them for yourself to understand how epic they are in terms of taste, how filling they are, how good they are for you and how easy they are.

I read a story last week that a lot of us could be missing out on $312,000 just by ignoring your Kiwisaver. If YOU want to make sure you’re making the most of your KiwiSaver account, talk to a Generate adviser now. A copy of their product disclosure statement can be found there too.  The issuer of the scheme is Generate Investment Management Limited and, of course, past performance does not guarantee future returns.
