Within The Agency Portugal's multicultural team, six of the planet's seven continents are represented. Born and raised in Brazil, Ayres speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.

He lived in Argentina and in the U.S. for 20 years before relocating to Lisbon.

"Portugal is such an incredible place to live," says Ayres. "And it's my privilege to welcome people to it and show them all it has to offer."

During his real estate career, Ayres has won more than 30 different individual awards for outstanding performance and exceptional sales.

"I always embrace the opportunity to help my clients realize their dreams," says Ayres.

As a buyer's agent, he puts his local expertise to work finding expats and second-home buyers their perfect Portugal home. As a listing agent, Ayres works to get his clients the best possible price for their property so they can move forward to their next chapter.

"For me, it's never about the deal. It's about cultivating a long-term career. And you can only build a career if you build genuine relationships with your clients. The human factor rises above all."

When he isn't assisting clients, Ayres can be found spending time with family, horseback riding at his farm, watching sport, travelling, reading and enjoying the outdoors.
