SHARE3DCAM V2.7 upgrades 3D Gaussian Splatting reconstruction and adds mesh generation from point clouds, alongside clipping and skybox controls. The release introduces semantic point clouds, stockpile volume measurement, unit conversion, and improved processing and memory estimates. Meshes export in 3D Tiles, with optional OSGB, GLB, and PLY formats. Available free from October 20, 2026, the update gives reality capture professionals more ways to inspect, present, and prepare scanned environments for compatible 3D tools.
