The Patrick Madrid Show: October 02, 2024 - Hour 2

Special Guest Host Cale Clarke examines the fascinating and often misunderstood world of Guardian Angels. Have you ever wondered about their biblical origins or their purpose in our lives? Today, we'll explore key passages from scripture, including Revelation and the Book of Job, and uncover theological insights about these celestial beings. Plus, we'll tackle some age-old questions: Can demons repent? How do angels operate outside of time? And what role do they play in our spiritual journeys? Cheryl - Guardian angels: Today is the first anniversary of a fall I had while on a trip. I don't know how I fell but I heard a voice that said relax, tuck your head, and roll. I think that it was my angel who told me to do that. I am now healed and in great health. (13:50) Kim - My husband had a bad accident with a potato sprayer. He blacked out and hit something but no one was hurt. (20:55) Jessica - My mom and step-father were hiking in the wilderness and it was getting dark fast. They took a 'short cut' up a cliff. Two strong men came out of nowhere to left them up and help them out (25:31) Tim - I was a young infantry lieutenant in 1980 and a vehicle drove off a ledge that should have rolled on top of me. I think an angel saved me. (29:59) Ramiro - 12 years ago, I was driving with my wife. When the light turned green, I couldn't find the clutch with my foot (I had owned the car for years). A big truck passed by and missed us because of that. (32:53) Where do we get the idea that angels have wings? (37:50) Cale shares the story of St. Thérèse of Lisieux (42:47)
