Pennsylvania provides several top-notch 2026 recruits like Joey O’Brien, Messiah Mickens, Kevin Brown, Tyler Merrill, Matt Seig, and Peyton Falzone. As it’s been for decades, Penn State and Notre Dame are involved with the recruitments of multiple prospects from the Keystone State and battle each other like for O’Brien and Mickens, the latter an actual PSU commitment. With Ja’Juan Seider taking the Irish running backs job after his long stint in Happy Valley, that adds more fuel to the recruiting battles between James Franklin and Marcus Freeman.
