Matthew Perry: The Ketamine Queen, Mattman & the Mystery Surrounding His Death

Matthew Perry spent decades publicly battling addiction, nearly dying more than once before becoming an outspoken advocate for recovery. Then, on October 28, 2023, the beloved Friends star was found dead in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home.
His death was officially attributed to the acute effects of ketamine—but what investigators uncovered afterward made the story considerably more complicated.
In this episode of The Rabbit Hole: Conspiracy Theories, we look at the people charged in connection with Perry’s death, including the doctors accused of exploiting his addiction, his live-in assistant who administered ketamine injections, and the alleged dealer known as the “Ketamine Queen.”
Then we go deeper.
We examine Perry’s strange final “Mattman” posts and lifelong fascination with Batman, his relationships and connections throughout Hollywood, the theories surrounding the people closest to him, and some of the eerie coincidences internet researchers have uncovered surrounding his death.
Was Matthew Perry’s death the tragic conclusion of a lifelong battle with addiction—or was a vulnerable celebrity surrounded by people willing to exploit him until it was too late?
Stay skeptical, and follow me down the rabbit hole.
