Trapped Emotions, Energy Healing & the Paranormal | Dr. Bradley Nelson

What if some of the emotions you're carrying aren't actually yours?
Today, Dani sits down with Dr. Bradley Nelson, bestselling author and creator of The Emotion Code, The Body Code, and The Belief Code, to explore his theory that unresolved emotional energy can become trapped within the body—and may even be passed down through generations.
Dr. Nelson explains trapped emotions, muscle testing, inherited emotional energy, subconscious programming, and the “Heart-Wall,” which he believes the subconscious can create as a form of protection after emotional pain.
Then we head farther down the rabbit hole. Can people affect each other's energy without touching? Can traumatic events leave energetic imprints on physical locations? Could that explain certain paranormal experiences? How could energy healing supposedly work from thousands of miles away? And what might all of this tell us about the nature of consciousness itself?
We also explore the spiritual questions surrounding his work, including where God fits into healing and how Dr. Nelson responds to Christians who worry that practices involving energy and the subconscious may cross into occult territory.
Trapped emotions, inherited trauma, consciousness, energy healing, God, and the paranormal—follow me down the rabbit hole with Dr. Bradley Nelson.
