The rules around the t-shirt you get in a swag bag at race check-in:

1. If it's cotton: stoked. Wear it all the time.
2. If it's synthetic: You can't wear it. Ever. Making it left behind a path of environmental destruction and wearing it will immediately result in stinky pits and chafed nips. Run up to the race director and throw it back at them.
