Jarrod Hoffman, LPC-MHSP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider who works with teens and adults experiencing ongoing challenges with depression and anxiety. His path to becoming a therapist was shaped by his own experiences with grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, job loss, purposelessness, and isolation, as well as finding healing through counseling.

Jarrod has worked more than 10,000 hours with children and families across settings including churches, universities, prison contracts, and schools. His training includes Integrated Behavioral Health, the Memphis Opioid Paraprofessional Training Program, and Play Therapy.
