Episode #148 How To Outsmart AIRBNB With Your Own Customer Base

Welcome back to another episode of Whisky Wednesday. In this episode, Dave and I dive into the world of copycat gurus. In a world where artificial intelligence is in the mainstream, anyone can claim to be an expert, but few are. Look for the signs of who the true teachers are. We also discuss the importance of finding the right management team for your property. Selecting the right property manager can make or break your maximum revenue as well as your customer experience. Finally, we respond to a question we received about avoiding fees from Airbnb and Vrbo. It all boils down to how good you are at customer acquisition. Remember to level up your mattress game by checking out the brand-new Vodyssey Sleep System. We have taken out all of the guesswork when it comes to choosing the perfect mattress for your home and short-term rental. For a limited time, you can get these perfect mattresses for 55% off. Head to www.vodysseysleepsystem.com and use the code PODCAST when you check out. Thank you for listening and being the best part of the show.
