New federal regulations surrounding hemp products are expected to have huge ripple effects on the industry. Cannasations and is a grower himself, and Scott Sparks, Owner of the
Bud Barn dispensary in Brattleboro. They'll give us their respective takes on the state of recreational cannabis in Vermont.
