The Insensitive Tweet and Creation of “This is Us Softball” - Part 2 with 2x All-American and Pro Athlete Kiki Stokes

Here’s the second interview with my special guest, Kiki Stokes! We get into her story of being the only black player on the ScrapYard Dawgs roster while their GM sent out an insensitive tweet about our nation’s flag. She tells us about how her team rallied behind her to create “This Is Us Softball” and their mission behind their three key words: Awareness, Empowerment and Unity. This was one of the most powerful and important conversations we’ve had on the pod, and I’m eager for you to learn the grit and determination behind multi-All-American and professional softball player, Kiki Stokes!
