Your Goals Don’t Care If You’re Motivated

Everybody has goals—but a goal is really just a dream with work boots on. In this slightly unhinged car-ride-home episode, Ashley gets real about the gap between SAYING you want something and actually doing the boring, uncomfortable, consistent work required to give yourself a chance at achieving it.

From the one-arm drills she hated that helped shape her into a Big Ten power hitter, to showing up when motivation is nowhere to be found, to making every rep intentional, this episode is a challenge for athletes heading into the offseason: pick the thing that will move the needle most, fall in love with the process of becoming great, and get to work.

Because doing it and saying it are not the same thing.
