About
Formed in Melbourne in 1979, this iconic Australian rock band rose to fame with a string of catchy hits like Down Under, Who Can It Be Now?, and Overkill. Led by charismatic frontman Colin Hay on lead vocals and guitar, the group's eclectic sound blended rock with elements of pop, reggae, and folk, thanks to the diverse talents of its members, including Greg Ham on flute, saxophone, and keyboards. With their unique sound and memorable songs, they achieved national and international success during the early to mid-1980s.
