When It's Good, It's Good

All of us know what it feels like to be on top of the world. When it seems like everything you touch turns to gold. When it feels like your business is just rolling in clients, your energy levels are extremely high, your habits are on point.

Life feels incredible when you find your flow.

But what happens when it falls apart?

What happens when you get stricken with a life circumstance that knocks you off your feet?- Break up with your girlfriend- One of your trainers quits on a whim- One of your friends stabs you in the back- You go out for a weekend of drinking and lose touch with your clients and your habits- You get extremely sick and lose momentum and clarityWhat happens to your business when your mind is foggy, is unclear, and is un-motivated?

"All GAIN is the result of an ACCUMULATIVE mind. All LOSS is the result of a SCATTERING mind"
