97: How To KEEP YOUR NEW HABIT
Subscribe to Earn Your Happy on iTunes. "It’s falling in love with the day to day, one thing at a time. It’s falling in love with the journey.” Being able to “fail out loud” is just as important, if not more, than being able to celebrate out loud! It’s recognizing that you are human and you will come across human set-backs, along the way, but continuing to push though and not allowing that to deter your goal. Having someone who is on the same page as you or even an entire tribe on the same page as you, (my Body + Soul tribe) is vital! It’s now the second week into 2017 and the buzz/enthusiasm for new goals is starting to die dow, but that doesn’t mean yours should! Despite what you have heard, thanks to the audible book I have been listening to “The Answer,” it takes about 66 days (on average) to change or form a habit. It’s only January 12th, moral of the story…DON’T.STOP.NOW.
