While the votes in many seats are still being counted, the result - at least for the Liberal party - couldn’t be more clear: the party is in serious trouble. Labor went from behind in the polls, to a chance of securing minority government, to winning a majority so significant that Anthony Albanese could well be the Prime Minister for another six years.
