Äventyraren och atleten Wim Hof ”Iceman” är känd för att göra det omöjliga och klara extrem kyla som ingen annan. Han har bestigit Mount Everest i shorts, tagit världsrekord i att bada isbad och snart kommer Hollywoodfilmen om hans liv.

Vi pratar om på hans tekniker för att kontrollera sitt mindset i extrema situationer där vi går in på andningsövningar och vikten av att äga sina tankar. The adventurer and athlete Wim Hof ”Iceman” is famous for making the impossible possible and for being able to withstand extreme cold like no other. He has climbed Mount Everest in shorts, he hold the World Record for icebaths and soon the Hollywood movie about his life will go into production.

We talked about his techniques for controlling his mind in extreme situations, where we dived into breathing exercises and the importance of owning your own thoughts.
