Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us!

On this episode, Chris and Ryan did a weekend recap and also discussed some training topics! We spent the first bit catching up on recent training/racing and then also talked about how we want to handle Ryan’s down weeks in training moving forward as a high mileage guy aiming for mid-2:20s this fall.

We then moved on to our highlights from European Champs - largely focused on Almgren 10k domination and Jakob’s 5k!

Finally - we picked a couple training topics to cover including CV vs VO2, double T and uphill treadmill threshold, and more!

Enjoy!
