On this episode, we had special guest Sam Griffiths on the podcast! Sam has been on a few times - if you aren’t familiar with him I would highly recommend checking out the first episode we did. He has an amazing weight loss to elite runner story.

Sam recently broke 66 minutes in the half at Antrim Coast Half in his prep to a sub-2:20 at Berlin Marathon! We got a full race recap and heard about what he has been doing in training. He recently brought a “coach” on to get some feedback on training for the first time.

Sam uses HR data in a really smart way, interesting to hear about that in his Antrim Coast race!
