On this episode, the boys had special guest Alex Ostberg on the podcast! Alex is an assistant coach to Jerry Schumacher at Oregon Track Club/Swoosh TC! He is also a high level runner himself, with a 13:18 5k PB.

Alex coaches at the highest level at a very young age. We talked about his career trajectory and how someone might get into coaching that has a desire to. Alex gave us some awesome behind the scenes of the pros he works with - including Charles Hicks who had an awesome Boston Marathon.
