47. Contingency Planning

We all make plans in business and life, we plan experiences and vacations, we map it all out, and we have a pretty good idea of all that is going to happen. However, we rarely actually come up with a Plan B, or draft a contingency plan.

• I break down how to pre-plan for contingencies, in case your Plan A does not go... well, to plan
• I take us through an exercise we previously discussed in Episode 6, The G.R.O.W. Model, however, I put a twist on this model to help us overcome obstacles
• I share how to lead a team through a defined contingency plan
