-Super Micro (SMCI) shares fall. The company said it plans $7 billion in equity and equity-linked financing transactions to fund component purchases to satisfy around $39 billion in AI server orders it has received from customers.
-Oracle (ORCL) shares gain. Oracle Corp. is scheduled to report quarterly results Wednesday with Wall Street watching to see how quickly the company can get massive AI data center projects built so it can convert cloud bookings into revenue.
