Dat Boy – The Resurrection of Mark Briscoe

Mark Briscoe had his debut singles match on AEW Dynamite on his late brother Jamin’s birthday. He talks about that bittersweet moment along with how he’s coping with Jamin’s tragic loss. Mark recounts how the brothers got into wrestling from their backyard ring built by dad to the VHS tapes they’d mail to wrestling schools as high school teenagers begging for a shot. He explains how Jim Kettner & ECWA gave them their first big break and their tag team name, The Briscoe Brothers. He shares the brothers WWE tryout experience, how they landed at ROH, and why they always loved feuding with Kevin Steen (aka Kevin Owens) and El Generico (aka Sami Zayn). Plus, Mark breaks down the Briscoe Brothers’ matches at AEW with FTR including how the angle started, their instant chemistry, and the bonding moment in the locker room that also broke the ice.
