Their new book which they co-authored with Stephen Copeland is called “12 Second Culture” and it embodies the lessons they’ve learned from Nascar and from life in general. Most of Shaun and Mike’s day job boils down to tasks that they must perform within fractions of a second. These guys have learned how to simplify each movement, action, and bit of execution into the most optimal overall performance they can attain.
