Now, over a year after the discovery of Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s remains, her family is urging prosecutors to pursue the death penalty against David Anthony Burke, and a new lawsuit claims others helped conceal the musician’s alleged illicit relationship with the teen.  Melissa McCarty joins guest host Alison Triessl.
