#1013 Show Notes: https://www.wetflyswing.com/1013

Presented by: Outpost on the Nush

Nushagak River fly fishing is all about targeting wild leopard rainbow trout, working streamers through logjams, and deciding when to commit to a mouse fly. In this episode, we head to Outpost on the Nush with Sawyer Keener to talk about the fishing techniques that make this Alaska fishery so memorable. We get into the early-season salmon smolt run, the importance of fishing tight structure, and how to handle a big trout when it eats a mouse.
